Member services – “Financing innovation” – New partnership with AYMING

As part of its action, Numeum offers its members support and preferential conditions for implementing their research and innovation financing policies, in particular through the Research Tax Credit, the Innovation Tax Credit, the Young Innovative Company scheme, the IP BOX scheme, public funding (Regions, State, Europe) etc.

Procedure

Every three years, Numeum launches a consultation with companies specializing in innovation financing, to determine which will be best able to help members with their declarations, securing, financing, etc. For the period 2022-2024, the consultation ran from mid-October to mid-December 2021. Numeum only approached companies approved by the Médiation Interentreprises specializing in innovation financing. Of the thirteen companies that declared their interest, six submitted a complete file within the deadline. After pre-selection on the basis of their files, the jury of members interviewed two candidates. This consultation had been prepared in advance by a survey carried out among members, in order to gather their needs and their satisfaction with their service providers.

Partner presentation

After deliberation, the Jury, made up of members of the “Fiscal” committee, made the recommendation to choose Ayming as partner, a choice validated by the Board of Directors on January 10, 2022.

For 2022-2024, Numeum and Ayming are offering you an expanded range of services at negotiated rates, including :

• Diagnostics (free for members);
• Support in setting up, declaring and documenting all R&D and innovation financing mechanisms: research tax credit, innovation tax credit (…);
• Helping NUMEUM members apply for approval (CIR/CII);
• Identify European, national or regional/territorial grants and subsidies that may be appropriate for future projects;
• Support for NUMEUM members in validating their application for Young Innovative Company status with the relevant authorities;
• Specific support to enable NUMEUM members to understand the IP Box in its entirety;

In addition to its negotiated services, Ayming will carry out the following for Numeum and its members:

• A benchmark of international innovation aid in all the countries where Ayming is present
• Startup speed meetings
• Webinars on tax news and technical issues
• An annual barometer on the use of innovation financing
