The Femmes du Numérique Board would like to thank all the members of the Commission, because, thanks to their involvement and actions, in 2014 we were able to:

  • actively participate (with at least one oral presentation) in more than thirty events organized by our partners and organize a stage of the Route des Femmes du Numérique (Women’s Digital Route)
  • meet and raise awareness :
    • over 3,500 young people (2,500 in 2013)
    • more than 500 professionals
  • get involved in the debate on gender equality, by participating in the gender equality plan set up by the French Ministry of Women’s Rights
  • recruit new members. The Commission Femmes du Numérique now brings together nearly a hundred companies.
  • produce and publish :
    • 49 articles (26 in 2013), including a “digital entrepreneur” campaign with Watify (European Union)
    • 8 flash profiles
    • 1 barometer with BVA
  • support our social networks, which total :
    • Twitter: 572 tweets and 4,349 followers (versus 360 tweets and 1,361 followers in 2013)
    • Facebook: 345 likes and a maximum audience per post of 888 people (compared with 104 likes and a maximum audience per post of 43 people in 2013).
    • Youtube: 5 playlists, 22 videos and 2,977 views (compared with 3 playlists, 15 videos and 1,053 views in 2013).
  • start preparing for 2015, including
    • Excellencia Trophy
    • flash profiles
    • study on the reasons why young girls are not interested in the digital sector
    • best practice guide for SMEs

… and these are just the items that were entered on the 2014 form, excluding Taxe d’apprentissage events. We can be proud of our results.
