Parity at the top: how to reach 30% by 2026

By March 1, 2026, companies with over 1,000 employees must have 30% women on their management bodies (COMEX/CODIR), rising to 40% by 2030. On November 26 in Paris, the “Les Champions de la mixité” afterwork brings together more than 100 senior executives from major groups (Tech and other sectors) to share methods and feedback.
