“Formalités entreprises”, the one-stop shop for business formalities

It enables companies and professionals to carry out all the administrative formalities required to register, modify or cease their activity, or to file their accounts, whatever their sector of activity.

Simplified procedures

This new platform brings together in a single paperless form all the formalities required of companies – business creation, modification, cessation, filing of annual accounts – instead of some fifty paper forms. A considerable time-saver for the five million companies that have to deal with these formalities every year!

The site also offers online and local assistance to help professionals complete their formalities.

On January 1, 2023, formalites.entreprises.gouv.fr will replace the six networks of Centres de Formalités des Entreprises (CFEs), where companies have previously carried out their formalities, and the Guichet entreprises website.
