On April 14, 2022, Bercy’s DAJ published a new fact sheet on how to implement the provisions of the new Council Regulation (EU) no. 2022/576 of April 8, 2022 which adopts a new set of sanctions against Russia.

On August 26, 2022, the European Commission also published an update of its frequently asked questions on public procurement sanctions against Russia.
