The French Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Economic Recovery provides information on the implementation of economic and financial sanctions against Russia, and suggests e-mail contact points from this dedicated page.

For companies affected by the conflict in Ukraine, the French government has put together a FAQ ( frequently asked questions), which is updated as the situation unfolds, covering the full range of measures available.

On April 14, 2022, Bercy’s DAJ published a new fact sheet on how to implement the provisions of the new Council Regulation (EU) no. 2022/576 of April 8, 2022 which adopts a new set of sanctions against Russia.

TheDAJ practical information sheet explains how buyers and concession-granting authorities can implement these provisions.

On August 26, 2022, the European Commission also published an update of its frequently asked questions on public procurement sanctions against Russia.
