As part of the partnership between Numeum, Opco Atlas and Article 1, we invite you to take part in a webinar on inclusive recruitment and soft skills. The aim of this webinar is to inspire (i.e., to give the desire to change practices) and equip (i.e., to provide best practices and tools) in order to innovate recruitment processes.

Indeed, we regularly hear about “soft skills” in the corporate vocabulary. Yet 65% of recruiters say they lack the tools to identify and assess soft skills (Viavoice poll for Article 1 and the Mozaïk Foundation, December 2021). What exactly are we talking about? Why link these socio-behavioral skills to inclusion? How can we capitalize on these skills when recruiting?
