Numeum welcomes three new members to its Board of Directors
The organization of digital professionals and employers’ association welcomes three new members to its governance. Co-opted, Anne-Gaëlle Chasles (IBM France)Térence Goudriaan (CAP GEMINI) and Bruno Vaffier (CEGID) join Numeum’s Board of Directors.
Numeum has just appointed 3 new members to its Board of Directors. The Board is strengthened by the arrival of Anne-Gaëlle Chasles, Térence Goudriaan and Bruno Vaffier.
Each of them will contribute to the key decisions that drive the union forward. Their shared ambition will be to raise the profile of the digital industry, to make Numeum’s voice heard, and to drive the digital sector forward in France and Europe.

Anne-Gaëlle Chasles, IBM France :
Executive with over 20 years’ experience in digital services, including nearly 19 years with IBM. Currently Vice President and Managing Director for Financial Services, she was also President of IBM France Financement, and has held key roles in strategy, sales, AI and analytics. She is renowned for leading large-scale digital and data transformations for major accounts.
Térence Goudriaan, CAP GEMINI :
A senior executive at Capgemini, he holds an INSA Lyon engineering degree and an MSc in Engineering Management, and has over 15 years’ experience in digital transformation, data and AI on an international scale. Currently EVP and head of several Business Units in France, he previously managed Insights & Data activities in Europe. His career path is distinguished by the management of large-scale transformations and leadership focused on sustainable performance.
Bruno Vaffier, CEGID :
Executive with over 20 years’ experience in leading international software, digital services and payments organizations. After serving as COO of Cegid, he held senior positions at Webhelp, Worldline and Atos. A graduate of École Polytechnique and holder of an Executive MBA from INSEAD, he applies his strategic vision and operational leadership to sustainable growth.
