We support the principle and deployment of the Déclaration Sociale Nominative (Nominative Social Declaration)
Our union has informed all its members affected by this measure. It has mobilized its members, payroll software publishers, in particular within the framework of the work of the Groupement d’Intérêt Public pour la Modernisation des Déclarations Sociales (GIP-MDS), the structure responsible for this project.
The Déclaration Sociale Nominative aims to bring together all the administrative formalities sent by companies to social protection bodies, and to replace existing periodic or event-based social declarations. Since April 2013, voluntary companies, or their third-party declarants (notably chartered accountants), have been able to transmit their first DSN, replacing subsequent declarations:
- monthly declaration of labor movements (DMMO)
- employee deregistration declaration
- proof of salary (daily sickness, maternity and paternity benefits)
- employer attestation for Pôle emploi (AE)
Eventually, the DSN will replace all the social declarations that companies have to make, creating a single, simplified, paperless declaration system. Starting in 2015, it will integrate the unified declaration of social security contributions, and will become mandatory on January 1, 2016.
