The government’s Action Plan for Business Investment and Growth (#PlanEntreprises) was presented at a press conference at Bercy on Monday October 23, following the inauguration of the “Bercy Lab”, which will serve as an anchor for the reflections to be held around the plan.

6 working groups, led by members of parliament and business leaders, will hold consultations over a 7-week period, before submitting their reports to the relevant ministers – economy, digital, foreign affairs – on December 10. Professional organizations will be key players in this consultation phase.

A 3-week public consultation will then be launched on January 15, followed by the drafting of the bill in February, for presentation to the Council of Ministers in April, and discussion in Parliament in the spring.

The 6 working groups are as follows:

  • Digitization and innovation ;
  • Creation, growth and transmission;
  • Governance and social commitment ;
  • Financing the economy ;
  • Simplification ;
  • Export assistance.

Following on from its exchanges with the ministerial cabinets concerned, Syntec Numérique will be particularly involved in the work of the group dedicated to digitization and innovation, in order to relay the expectations and proposals of its 1,800 member companies.
