Boosting the international profile of French tech players

As part of the Covid-19 post-crisis exit strategy adopted by companies in the digital sector, international business remains a genuine growth driver and a lever of opportunity. In fact, 87% of digital companies say they will continue to export during the crisis. While French Tech, remains a successful example of how to promote the French brand in global competition, international expansion is just as strategic for the growth of many SMEs. In particular, it can enable them to reach critical mass by conquering new markets beyond France alone.

A tailor-made Club to meet companies’ specific needs

Formalizing strategy and structuring development projects have been identified as priority needs by companies; the Covid crisis is in fact an opportune moment to rethink: whether or not to maintain international investments to prepare for the recovery? Which distribution model to adopt: platform, indirect, subsidiaries…? Which countries to prioritize? Which partners?

The Club Stratexio-Syntec Numérique will enable medium-sized member companies to project themselves in a very concrete way on the international stage, thanks to exchanges between peers and the support of experts on highly operational subjects. Over the course of the year, they will be able to take part in a number of themed seminars to learn more about best practices, as well as networking opportunities to benefit from feedback from industry players facing the same issues and challenges.

The first companies to join the Stratexio Syntec Numérique club include EITA Consulting, Horizon Software, Jalios, Melis, PAD Consulting, Simpliciti, Vaultinum… Others will be joining in the coming weeks.

“It’s thanks to our international business that we’ve been able to achieve 20% growth over 2020, despite the current economic climate. Accelerating internationally is key to our ambition of tripling our sales to €50m by 2025. Club Stratexio-Syntec Numérique will enable us to structure our approach while benefiting from feedback from experts in the field and peers facing similar challenges. says Maxime Berard, Managing Director of Simpliciti, a member of the Club.

Sylvain Thieullent, CEO of Horizon Software, points out that : ” Horizon Software is fortunate to already have a strong international presence, and that’s precisely what’s at stake. In a world that’s evolving ever faster, where constraints are created and unravelled in a very brutal way, it’s essential to benefit from all the support necessary to ensure a certain stability in its growth. With this in mind, the Stratexio club provides us with a framework for addressing certain critical international issues, notably through facilitated access to experts and sessions where participants can share their experiences.

Fabrice Le Saché, President of Stratexio, comments: “Many of us business owners think that it’s possible to succeed alone. It may seem a waste of time to be part of a collective effort, given the urgency and constant flow of day-to-day business, but it’s a way of avoiding many mistakes and false leads, thanks to the multiplication of exchanges. It’s an opportunity to avoid time-consuming trial and error, and to greatly accelerate your company’s international growth.
