A helping hand for young people doing their 3rd grade internship?
The Usea association(www.usea.fr) helps young people in 3rd grade in “priority education zones” to find a work placement to discover the world of business. Equal opportunity is the leitmotiv of their actions.
This year, more than 1,000 young people will pass through the association, and it needs your help!
If you have the possibility of welcoming a young schoolboy for a week to help him discover your company or your profession, please get in touch!
Dates of internship sought (duration 1 week from these dates) :
– January 27
– February 3
– March 10
If you would like to contribute to this adventure, please let Hafid Rahmouni know the type of internship you are offering (Finance, HR, Business, IT, etc.) and the location, as soon as possible.

Helping young people find an observation internship in their third year of secondary school is an accessible way to introduce digital careers. A short placement can show how teams design, test, deploy and support products and services.
Young people often encounter digital technology as users without seeing the professions behind it. Career-guidance initiatives can explain how designers, developers, data specialists, technicians and project managers work together. Tangible examples make career choices less dependent on stereotypes or informal access to networks.
A welcoming schedule might combine short presentations, conversations with employees and simple discovery activities. Pupils should be able to ask questions about everyday work, qualifications and teamwork. The aim is to introduce unfamiliar career options, not to test technical knowledge that students have had no opportunity to acquire.
Employers also benefit when candidates understand what roles involve. Cooperation between businesses, schools and training organisations can support orientation, reveal transferable skills and broaden the recruitment pool. Accessibility and geographic reach are important so that opportunities are not limited to the best-connected students.
