120 million for early stage: Syntec Numérique partners with Alven Capital
Privileged access for Syntec Numérique members to support their development
Through this partnership, Syntec Numérique offers its members privileged access to sources of equity financing, and gives Alven Capital access to investment opportunities for its new investment vehicle, the €120 million FCPR Alven Capital IV.

Of the 120 million euros raised to form Alven Capital IV, three quarters came from institutional investors, and over 50% from French funds.
The positioning of this fund is leearlystage, towards companies that are not yet profitable, with sales in the million euro range.
“Our aim is to help them achieve profitability within 12 to 24 months of acquiring a stake in their capital. In fact, the average initial investment will be 2 million euros, with subsequent reinvestments of up to 5 million euros.

Once this level of profitability has been reached, we support companies’ development by increasing our capital presence through development capital operations.
