Nearly half of French people want cities to invest in digital safety projects

Aware of the many advantages offered by the digital city, the French want to see a 360° deployment, encompassing many areas such as security, employment, health and transport.

The French have understood that the digital city opens up great prospects, and have many expectations in this regard. Overall, the population wants to see the deployment of 360° digital services.

They express high expectations in terms of protection (44%), with the deployment of intelligent video surveillance systems or disaster alerts, for example. The economy and employment come second for 42% of those polled.

Next come administration (38%), energy (37%), health and social services (32%), transport (30%) and education (28%).

Housing (16%) and leisure and culture (10%) are less of a priority for the French.
