WANTED: More women in innovation!

Make a difference by taking part in the Mutationnelles 2015 survey on:yfactor.orget, indicating at the end of the questionnaire that you are taking part at the suggestion of Syntec Numérique.

Worldwide, women account for only a third of jobs in scientific and technical fields… Yet the diversity of viewpoints in the innovation professions is crucial to creating the conditions for sustainable growth…

In most countries, women represent only 20% of engineers, and less than 15% of graduates in the digital sector. Yet more than ever, innovation requires a diversity of viewpoints to meet the needs of society as a whole. In the United States, in new technology companies, male employees represent 75% of the workforce and only 11% of positions of responsibility are held by women. In France, only one innovative company in ten is created by a woman. Yet more than ever, innovation requires a diversity of viewpoints to meet the needs of society as a whole.

Your opinion can make all the difference to progress on issues such as girls’ career choices in scientific and technical fields, women’s employment and career development in these sectors, and team diversity as a source of value at work.
