Numeum processes personal data as part of its business activities, in particular via its website www.numeum.fr.

Numeum undertakes to process all personal data in accordance with current regulations.

2. IDENTITY AND CONTACT DETAILS OF THE DATA CONTROLLER

Personal data are processed by Numeum, a professional association of Digital Services Companies (ESN), Software Publishers, Platforms and Technology Consulting Companies in France governed by the French Labour Code, Siret 384 719 001 00024, whose registered office is located at 22-28 rue Joubert, 75009 Paris, represented by Véronique Torner, President of Numeum – Mail. 3. DEFINITIONS

Compte personnel : désigne un espace réservé aux Adhérents accessible après adhésion à Numeum via un identifiant (adresse de courrier électronique) et un mot de passe confidentiel, et permettant d’accéder à des contenus exclusifs présents sur le Site.

Donnée(s) à caractère personnel : toute information se rapportant à une personne physique susceptible d’être identifiée, directement ou indirectement (ex. : un nom, une photographie, une adresse de courrier électronique comportant un nom ou un prénom, une carte de visite, etc.). Aucune différence n’est faite entre des informations confidentielles, publiques, professionnelles ou non professionnelles. Les fichiers papiers sont également concernés.

Traitement(s) : toute opération ou tout ensemble d’opérations effectuées ou non à l’aide de procédés automatisés et appliquées à des données ou des ensembles de Données à caractère personnel.

Destinataire(s) : la personne physique ou morale, l’autorité publique, le service ou tout autre organisme qui reçoit communication de données à caractère personnel, qu’il s’agisse ou non d’un tiers.

Partenaire(s) : désigne toute société, autre qu’un Sous-traitant, sélectionné par Numeum, avec laquelle il a contractualisé, afin d’encadrer la mise à disposition et la protection des Données à caractère personnel.

Permanent(s) : désigne le Délégué général, les salariés de Numeum et/ou toute personne engagée (directement ou indirectement) pour réaliser une mission pour Numeum, y compris les intérimaires et les stagiaires.

Service(s) : désigne tout service proposé aux Adhérents et aux Non-Adhérents de Numeum et notamment l’expertise de Numeum (consultations, publications, conférences thématiques, conférences web), le networking (évènements gratuits, réunions, commissions et groupe de travail) et les activités de porte-parole de Numeum auprès des pouvoirs publics.

Site : désigne le site internet de Numeum www.numeum.fr.

Sous-traitant(s) : désigne toute société qui peut être amenée à traiter des Données à caractère personnel pour le compte de Numeum conformément aux instructions données par celle(s)-ci.

Violation de données à caractère personnel : une violation de la sécurité entraînant, de manière accidentelle ou illicite, la destruction, la perte, l’altération, la divulgation non autorisée de données à caractère personnel transmises, conservées ou traitées d’une autre manière, ou l’accès non autorisé à de telles données.

4. PROCESSING PURPOSES

Personal data is collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes. Numeum ensures that personal data is processed in a manner that is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

The personal data collected via the Numeum website allows Numeum to :

  • To answer any specific questions you may send to Numeum staff using the contact form;
  • Register for and take part in themed conferences and events organized by Numeum and/or its Partners using the registration forms available in the events section;
  • Establish statistics and determine your centers of interest based on your interactions with the Site’s content.

For visitors who are not Numeum members :

  • Process your Numeum membership application by completing and sending us the membership form;
  • Where applicable, process online payment of your contribution when you apply for membership;
  • Register you and allow you to take part in events open to non-members organized by Numeum and/or its partners using the registration forms available in the events section;

For all visitors :

5. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

The legal bases for the processing carried out by Numeum are :

  • the provision of services and benefits arising from the membership of the Numeum member company that the person concerned represents to Numeum;
  • representing and promoting the profession, particularly within the ecosystem;
  • the study of ways to improve services;
  • promoting the businesses represented by Numeum ;
  • the determination of an ethic of professional and moral behavior and the concern for its respect by members;
  • informing the ecosystem about Numeum’s activities.

The recipients of your personal data are Numeum’s staff, service providers and partners in charge of processing them.

8. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

In the event of the transfer of your Personal Data to a Recipient located in a country outside the European Union, appropriate safeguards will be put in place, in accordance with the legal provisions in force, and Numeum will inform you by any means.

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have :

  • a right to rectification or deletion,
  • the right to limit the processing of your personal data,
  • the right to object to processing.

If, after contacting us, you feel that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The supervisory authority in charge of processing carried out by Numeum is the CNIL.
