At a time when the illegal consumption of cultural goods on the Internet seems to be stabilizing, the role of the Haute Autorité pour la Diffusion des Œuvres et la Protection des Droits sur Internet (Hadopi) raises questions.

Following the publication of the Lescure report last May, the issue of intellectual property on the Internet has been raised. However, the report calls for the abolition of Hadopi, while leaving its legacy intact.
