OFE is interested in the specific question of financing this digital transformation, which a priori concerns the more than 3.5 million French businesses.
The financing of this type of investment has certain characteristics, such as the absence of an “asset” to put up as collateral against a bank loan, for example, or the difficulty of apprehending this type of investment (cost a priori, ROI a posteriori), characteristics which are likely to limit certain types of financing, bank financing in particular.
