ADESATT study: generative AI and the transformation of work
We’re delighted to share with you the results of our study on generative AI and the transformation of work, presented at the January 23 webinar. The study, conducted between March and November 2024, offers an in-depth analysis of the impacts of generative AI (GAI) on organizations, employees and leaders.
A few key figures:
- 67% of respondents use AGI in their professional and personal lives.
- 64% of IAG users use it several times a week, with usage constantly on the rise.
- Main applications: editorial assistance, information synthesis and visual content creation.

This study involved :
- A literature review on the effects of AGI in France and internationally.
- A quantitative survey of 628 employees and 477 managers.
- Field investigations in 9 companies of various sizes and sectors.
Olivier Mériaux, Director of Research and Synthesis at Plein Sens, explains: “ The main uses revolve around editorial assistance, information extraction and synthesis, and the creation of visual content. The vast majority of users (90%) say they are satisfied with their use. This has a positive effect on their performance at work. “
Enora Goulard, Director of Research at Matrice, explains: “ Formal integration of the technology still raises many questions. In particular, there is ambiguity as to the profitability of the technology. The cost/investment balance compared with the estimated benefits is still unclear. “
