Emilie Dumérain and Valentin Hueber join Syntec Numérique

In daily contact with Syntec Numérique members, she responds to their requests for advice. She is also responsible for the union’s management and legal security.

A specialist in new technology law, Émilie Dumérain has been a legal advisor and project manager in MEDEF’s legal affairs department since 2011, in charge of digital law and the association’s internal legal affairs. She had previously worked in the CNIL’s legal affairs department in the banking, insurance, retail and marketing sectors. She was also head of the information and awareness department of the Forum des droits sur l’internet (FDI) for five years.

Émilie Dumérain holds a Master’s degree in Economics of Digital Litigation from the Université Panthéon-Assas and a Master’s degree in Public Law of New Technologies and Information Systems from the Université Paris 10.

Valentin Hueber began his career in 2001 with Comundi (formerly Reed Business Information) in the field of professional training for local authorities.

He then joined the Syntec Federation in 2006, where he was responsible for promoting the engineering professions in the industrial sectors – and Technology Consulting in particular – to young people. He then joined Syntec-Ingénierie in 2008, where he devoted all his energy to defending the interests of ICT companies in dealings with public authorities and the profession’s partners for almost seven years.With the desire to enrich his professional career through the actual practice of advising company CEOs, he created Ripple Effect© in 2015.

Valentin Hueber is a graduate of École Supérieure de Commerce (SKEMA Business School) and holds an Executive MBA in Strategic Management and Economic Intelligence (École de Guerre Économique).
