Numeum ESN ICT 2025

For its 8ᵉ edition, the “Grand Angle ESN & ICT” 2025 study puts the spotlight on digital services and technology consulting companies. Published by KPMG and Numeum, the analysis reveals that ESNs and ICTs must demonstrate resilience. In a year 2025 marked by a decline in the digital services and engineering sector, this 2025 edition invites digital players to rethink their models and redefine the value they bring to their customers and employees alike.

Numeum and KPMG publish the eighth edition of “Grand Angle ESN & ICT”, the annual benchmark study dedicated to Digital Services Companies (ESN) and Engineering and Technology Consulting (ICT) companies. Far from giving in to pessimism, these companies continue to invest massively in innovation, particularly in artificial intelligence, which represents the key lever for a new growth cycle.

Methodology of the “Grand Angle ESN & ICT” 2025 study:

The study provides an overview of the vitality and trends in France for Digital Services Companies (ESN) and Technology Consulting Engineering (ICT). This panorama is based on data collected by Numeum and KPMG during the second quarter of 2025, from a representative sample of nearly 200 ESNs and ICTs of all sizes, based in France. Information was collected via an online questionnaire covering the following themes: growth strategy, talent management, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives and innovation. In the event of obvious errors, the data reported, particularly those concerning units, were corrected.
