Godefroy de Bentzmann (Devoteam Sa), Philippe Hedde (Nextiraone), Christian Nibourel (Accenture), Thierry Siouffi (Bull Sas) are re-elected to theESN board, joined by two new directors: Pierre-Louis Biaggi (Orange) and Jean-Marie Simon (Atos).

Alexandre Zapolsky (Linagora) is re-elected to the Software Vendor Board, accompanied by three new directors: Laurent Dechaux (Oracle France), Henri Van der Vaeren (SAP France) and Eric Varszegi (Ip-label).

Maurice Ricci (Akka) is elected to the Technology Consulting Committee.

The announcement records the appointment of eleven directors to a board within the digital professional community. Board renewals provide an occasion to broaden representation, sustain dialogue between different member businesses and reconsider common priorities.

Without the original candidate list, names and precise election rules should not be invented. The enduring information is that governance bodies are expected to balance sector diversity, strategic oversight and accountability to members, while the appointment itself remains tied to its original period.

Professional representation works best when elected members can connect broad economic debates with practical needs encountered by companies. Governance should give different communities a fair opportunity to contribute, including software publishers, digital service companies and technology consultants. Clear mandates, transparent decision processes and regular dialogue with members support credibility. When reading an older election result or appointment, it is useful to distinguish the person selected, the position they were selected for and the particular term of office concerned.
