Syntec Numérique supports the public policy of awarding the “French Tech” label to metropolises, which aims to increase the international visibility of territories and their companies, but also to promote the image of France as an incubator for start-ups, capable of competing with other major digital nations. The metropolises1 selected were praised for their dynamic digital ecosystems, but also for their ability to surpass themselves and work as part of a national network.
The “French Tech” dynamic demonstrates the vitality of our sector and of young innovative companies, key players in the French economy in the same way as digital SMEs and large corporations.
Syntec Numérique is participating in this movement through its regional delegates, partner associations and locally involved members. We would like to thank them for their commitment and congratulate them.
Syntec Numérique will make a concrete contribution to this initiative by offering support to start-ups in two areas:
- The aim of the “attractivité” program is to ensure the attractiveness of accredited metropolises and their ecosystems, secure the development of start-ups and facilitate their recruitment.
- The “Acceleration” program supports the growth of digital companies in accredited metropolises, with programs to help them find financing. In addition, the aim is to support the international development of start-ups, by providing access to low-cost accommodation for new start-ups.
