Syntec Numérique helps its members secure their practices with regard to Urssaf
Syntec Numérique and Fiabilis Consulting Group, an international audit and consulting group specializing in payroll management, announce the signature of a partnership agreement. The aim is to help member companies identify the risks of non-compliance in their application of social security legislation, and in their relations with the Urssaf.
It’s not uncommon for a company that thinks it’s in order to be reassessed by Urssaf for a misinterpretation: 66.2% of inspections result in a reassessment!
Syntec Numérique and Fiabilis Consulting Group have therefore entered into a partnership that will see the former Urssaf inspectors of the audit and consultancy firm provide support in securing various payroll practices (remuneration, professional expenses, duty of care regarding subcontractors, transport payments, provident schemes, etc.).
This rapprochement will also help companies in the sector to identify the risks they face with regard to Urssaf, in the face of complex and evolving regulations. An expert from Fiabilis Consulting Group will be on hand to advise Syntec Numérique’s various commissions on social issues and pay practices.
The agreement covers three main areas:
- Member companies will have access to a free personalized pre-audit to identify their best practices and risks with regard to Urssaf and social security legislation.
- The two organizations will jointly organize several events a year in France on the subject of Risks and Urssaf control for digital companies (during tax mornings or the Tour de France organized by the union).
- They will be cooperating on a range of topics to promote a better understanding of regulatory developments relating to pay practices in the sector.
According to Laurent Baudart, General Delegate of Syntec Numérique: “We are particularly pleased to be working with Fiabilis Consulting Group, as this brings our members a new service included in their membership fees, and meets a recurring need expressed by many Human Resources Departments.

For Arnaud Tardif, President of Fiabilis Consulting Group The Urssaf has a sector-based approach to the choice of audits and their follow-up. Certain grounds for reassessment (such as expenses) are widely represented in the consulting sector. This partnership will enable us to establish benchmarks and best practices for our member companies”.
