The Prud’hommes labour tribunal: an impressive institution, seemingly inaccessible. And yet, the employee is considered as a claimant capable of defending himself. The company, for its part, often finds other solutions, such as an out-of-court settlement. However, both employee and employer need to be aware of their rights. The Prud’hommes are there to remind them.

Often armed with a file and his good faith, the employee must know how to maneuver in the corridors of the Prud’hommes. It’s not always a simple task without a guide. What advice do you need to follow to enter the procedure? What should you be wary of? Our guests answer all the questions you may have about the organization of this court dedicated to disputes between employers and employees.
