Two days at the Palais des Congrès, aiming to equip companies and institutions
Paris – On Tuesday November 4 and Wednesday November 5, 2025, the GreenTech Forum returns to the Palais des Congrès de Paris, Porte-Maillot. Organized by the Formule Magique agency, under the patronage of Planet Tech’Care (an initiative of numeum’s Responsible Numerics program), the congress combines plenary sessions, conferences, workshops and networking events to provide organizations with concrete answers. The aim is to provide companies and institutions with the tools they need to reduce the environmental footprint of digital technology and make it an integral part of the economy’s environmental transition, without sacrificing performance.

Eco-design, measurement, responsible purchasing: the ambition to converge Green IT and IT for Green
Born of the desire to bring together “Green IT” (making tech more sober) and “IT for Green” (putting tech at the service of the transition), the Forum promises to respond to the very concrete issues facing organizations: how do you measure the impact of a digital service? What eco-design approach should be adopted for a consumer application? How can we rethink purchasing and infrastructure to combine efficiency and sobriety? Sessions alternate between methodologies, tools and case studies, so that participants leave with roadmaps they can apply the very next day.
Who’s coming? CIOs, CSR managers, buyers, local authorities, regulators and publishers
The event brings together a professional audience: IT managers and teams (CIOs, architects), CSR and sustainability managers, general management and innovation, purchasing (including responsible purchasing), research/academia, marketing-communication, legal & compliance (incl. DPO), as well as a pool of innovators and start-ups. It also relies on institutional partners**, a sign of the public authorities’ commitment to the ecosystem. The 2024 edition drew almost 2,000 participants to more than 70 conferences and workshops, and some 85 exhibitors: orders of magnitude that testify to an event that is now firmly established in the professional agenda.
On the program: plenary sessions, workshops and high value-added networking
There will be plenary sessions on regulations and standards, “hands-on” workshops on footprint measurement,eco-design, data governance anddata center efficiency, and plenty of networking time in the exhibition area. Highlights include the “Cybersecurity: a brake or a lever for responsible digital business?” conference , exploring the synergies between security and sobriety; “Training employees in responsible digital business”, focusing on continuous acculturation; and, on the public procurement side, “Public procurement and responsible digital business: how to train evaluators beyond the criteria?”.
As in 2024, sequences dedicated to the challenges faced by local authorities will shed light on specific local issues (responsible public purchasing, measuring the footprint of digital services, infrastructure and inclusion). Keynotes from ARCEP and ADEME, as well as presentations on regulatory developments, will help to decipher current legislation, its operational impact and upcoming deadlines for organizations.
Another highlight was the “AI Action Summit: 9 months on” plenary session (following on from the summit held on February 10-11, 2025): Amélie Coantic took stock of the situation, Audrey Herblin-Stoop(Mistral AI) shared her views, followed by a round-table discussion with Jacques Sainte-Marie(Inria), Thomas Brilland(ADEME) and civil society players, with a view to the next summit in India.
Around 70 conferences and workshops and almost 200 speakers are announced as the basis of the program: proof that responsible digital technology is playing an increasingly important role in the ecosystem. The exhibition area offers demonstrations, feedback and business meetings.

Leading voices: RATP, Ministry of Culture, EDF, Airbus, Campus Cyber
The 2025 line-up brings together operational profiles and decision-makers from both the public and private sectors. On the large organization side, Guillaume Poupard and Olivier Cazzulo join a cast that includes Maud Cailly (pilot of the responsible digital program at RATP) and Aline Morestin (Campus Cyber) for a conference on the links between cybersecurity and digital sobriety. Christine Debray (Responsible Digital Delegate, French Ministry of Culture) will be speaking on the subject of ongoing employee training, alongside front-line players such as Nicolas Drouet (CEO, The Green Compagnon) and Christophe Pham (President and Founder, Infogreen Factory).
The cast is also open to industry and large systems: Richard Bury (DSI EDF and Chairman of INR), Laurie Servais (Airbus) and Julien Rouzé (Sopht / Boavizta) will share concrete feedback on the management and environmental return on investment of responsible digital approaches. Voices from civil society complete the picture, including David Maenda Kithoko (Génération Lumière).
In all, some 200 speakers are scheduled to take part over the two days, including the experts involved in the AI Action Summit (Inria, ADEME, AI ecosystem).
