Personal data – publication of the G29 guidelines

It has taken a position on the following points:

• Data portability
• the DPO
• supervisory authority.

The G29 considers that these documents have not been definitively validated and may evolve between now and the end of January.

The guiding principles will be discussed at the next Data WG.
