New dynamic observatory for trades and training in the industry

Discover the dynamic Observatoire des métiers de la Branche du Numérique, de l’Ingénierie, des Etudes et Conseil et des métiers de l’Evénement thanks tothe site dedicated tothis innovative tool at the service of employment and training (online since February 23, 2016).

Based on statistical and semantic analyses of millions of job advertisements,Observatoire Dynamiquemeasures tomorrow’s trends in jobs, professions, skills, training and certification.

This makes it possible to carry out forward-looking management of jobs and skills (GPEC) for each of the sector’s sectors, including of course the Digital sector, and for each of the regions, based on objective data.

NEW INDICATORS AND FUNCTIONS TO SUPPORT USERS

Several GPEC indicators, grouped into 4 themes (market, recruitment, skills, training) and updated monthly, are available to users: growth forecasts, number of job offers in the sector, experience required for recruitment, skills required, training intentions, etc.

New functionalities have also been implemented: dashboard customization, data export in PDF format, comparison of an indicator on two different filters…

Complementing the industry’s job reference platform, the Dynamic Observatory is set to become a central tool in the development of jobs and skills for companies and employees in our sectors.
