The primary objective of MEDEF’s Digital Transformation Commission is to contribute to the digitization of all French companies, with particular emphasis on education and support for local players. This mission is a priority if France is to return to growth, as highlighted in the Mckinsey report “Accelerating the transformation of French companies”.

Under the chairmanship of Christian Poyau, Medef’s Digital Transformation Commission will pursue the missions defined in September 2014 in its roadmap. Christian Poyau advocates an approach that is both pragmatic and hands-on, to help business leaders better grasp the challenges of digital and find the keys to successfully leading their digital transformation, both in terms of internal organization and customer relations. Christian Poyau will be working to reinforce this momentum with French companies of all sizes and in all sectors.

Chairman and co-founder of Micropole, a digital services company, Christian Poyau has been a director of Syntec Numérique since 2012. He succeeds Pierre Louette, Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Orange.
