The “Acting against sexism” kit is one of the latest tools developed by the Conseilsupérieur de l’égalité professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes (CSEP) to combat sexism in the workplace. For the first time, the word “sexism” has been included in the French Labor Code, with a new specific provision on “sexist conduct”.
Produced by all the social partner members of the CSEP, it aims to raise awareness of the concept of sexist abuse and provide keys to concrete action against sexism in the workplace.
It comprises three tools: a legal fact sheet, “What to do” fact sheets and a set of action levers for companies.
