Boun-Ngy CHHUON, formerly in charge of “digital innovation” at the Préfecture de Police de Paris, then Head of Office at the Information and Communication Systems Sub-Directorate of the French Ministry of the Interior, has over twenty years’ experience in digital innovation. Boun-Ngy CHHUON has held operational management and organizational consulting positions, notably for the various types of Numeum members (software publisher, ESN, platform operator and technology consultant).
An ISAE-SUPAERO engineer with an MBA from HEC Paris, Boun-Ngy CHHUON is an auditor for the 67th national session of the Institut des Hautes Etudes de Défense Nationale (IHEDN) on “Defense Policy”, and is currently taking the “Digital Sovereignty and Cybersecurity” major for the IHEDN’s 2022-2023 national session.
