Cédric O, French Secretary of State for Digital Affairs, said: “Start-ups are playing an increasingly important role in
rnll the economy, particularly in terms of employment. They are also developing
rninnovative products and services whose usefulness is all the more recognized by the French in the context of confinement,
rnotably for teleconsultation, teleworking or delivery. Given the specific nature of their business model
rndevelopment, dedicated emergency measures were needed to support, alongside
rnde their shareholders, those whose business has been severely affected by COVID-19. In total, start-ups will be able to benefit from nearly
rnde 4 billion euros for their cash flow.”
