Creation of the CNI Numérique: a disruptive initiative for the digital transformation of the economy

Prime Minister Édouard Philippe chaired the Executive Committee of the Conseil national de l’industrie (CNI) at Hôtel de Matignon on Monday, May 28, 2018. On this occasion and in the presence of Bruno Le Maire, Minister of the Economy and Finance, and Muriel Pénicaud, Minister of Labor, he announced the creation of the “CNI Numérique”.

Designed to support industrial sectors in their transformation, the CNI Numérique will be co-chaired by Delphine Geny-Stéphann, Secretary of State to the Minister of the Economy and Finance, and Mounir Mahjoubi, Secretary of State to the Prime Minister, responsible for Digital Affairs.

Alongside them, Godefroy de Bentzmann, Chairman of Syntec Numérique, is one of the fifteen personalities appointed to lead the CNI Numérique.

According to Godefroy de Bentzmann, Chairman of Syntec Numérique and member of the CNI Numérique: “The CNI Numérique initiative is disruptive! It shows that the government has understood that digital transformation concerns all sectors. This is one of Syntec Numérique’s strong convictions, and I’m proud to be a member of this group.
