For three weeks, everyone will be able to contribute to the legislative text, enriching and perfecting it. Participants will be able to express their opinions on the various articles of the text and make proposals for amendments, which will themselves be submitted to Internet users for their opinion. The bill’s explanatory memorandum specifies that its aim is to “anticipate the changes underway, fully seize their opportunities, and design a society in line with its principles of freedom, equality and fraternity”. It covers the circulation of data and knowledge (Title I), protection in the digital society (Title II) and digital access (Title III).
