The Numeric'Emploi tour of France continues

Numeum, the leading union for digital businesses, has made training and retraining a priority in order to meet recruitment needs in digital professions and accelerate the feminization of the sector. A real growth driver, the digital sector offers considerable recruitment potential in the years to come: retraining is expected to account for over 40% of the people to be trained in the digital sector by 2030.

Anticipatory, agile and adapted to local needs, Numeric’Emploi has proved its worth in the Grand Est, Occitanie and Normandie regions: since January this year, the scheme has already supported over 410 jobseekers in these three regions.

To continue this deployment, Numeum has joined forces with France Travail, Medef Sud and Région Sud to adapt the system to the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region. Thanks to a precise assessment of candidates “skill levels and the implementation of customized training plans aligned with companies” specific needs, Numeric’Emploi will contribute to the dynamism of the local job market.

Strategic partnerships for greater impact

To accelerate its roll-out across the country, Numéric’Emploi can count on solid partnerships with major institutional and economic players such as MEDEF, regional clusters and OPCO ATLAS. In fact, a key partnership has been established with the industry’s OPCO, which includes an investment of nearly 2 million euros until 2027 to recruit talent who are passionate about the digital skills challenge, and to resolve recruitment-related tensions on a regional scale.

Véronique Torner

President of Numeum

I’m delighted with the roll-out of Numeric’Emploi, which aims not only to meet the immediate needs of the job market, but also to anticipate the skills of tomorrow. At Numeum, we’re convinced that retraining for digital professions is a key challenge for the years to come, and that Numeric’Emploi, by leveraging local strengths, is the key to meeting this challenge. There’s only one way to make this program shine: by playing together!
