Numeum and Campus Cyber launch the Cyber4Tomorrow.fr platform and sign a partnership with Cybermalveillance.gouv.fr for sustainable and inclusive cybersecurity
Cyber4Tomorrow: three pillars for action
Incubated in the Studio des Communs at Campus Cyber, the Cyber4Tomorrow initiative aims to promote a broad “cybercitizen” movement by bringing on board a large community of players: cybersecurity professionals (ESNs, startups, end customers, etc.), institutions, research players and students to respond to the social and environmental challenges linked to digital security. It enables these professionals to become true cybercitizensthrough three founding pillars:
- CyberSustainability: reducing the ecological impact of cybersecurity practices. Energy management, rational use of digital infrastructures and resource management are at the heart of the actions proposed for sustainable cybersecurity.
- CyberCitizenship: raising awareness among citizens and businesses of the importance of responsible online behavior. Educational resources and workshops train users in good digital practices.
- CyberSpecialists: democratize access to the cybersecurity professions by promoting diversity and offering training opportunities for young talent, with a particular focus on women and under-represented profiles.
Today, the initiative is spearheaded by Campus Cyber, Numeum, and numerous companies in the industry strongly committed to cybersecurity and a more responsible digital environment.
Cyber4Tomorrow: the platform for concrete actions to promote high-impact cybersecurity
After an initial phase of work leading to the creation of action sheets for cybersecurity professionals, Numeum and Campus Cyber are moving up a gear and today announce the launch of theCyber4Tomorrow.fr platform.
This unique platform is aimed at all professionals in the sector, and offers a catalog of concrete actions designed and validated to be directly activable, according to the profile of the volunteer and the target audience. A number of actions are already listed, such as providing support for victims of cyber-attacks, promoting digital hygiene or running an OSINT workshop for these audiences, mentoring women in cybersecurity, or raising awareness of the importance of digital hygiene practices among senior citizens, for example in retirement homes. Each action sheet is available online, with all the necessary resources to enable any professional to make an immediate commitment and contribute directly to digital security, while integrating social and environmental responsibility objectives.
A key partnership with Cybermalveillance.gouv.fr
The launch of Cyber4Tomorrow also marks a key partnership with Cybermalveillance.gouv.fr, a signatory to the “Charte C4T Organisation”, making the platform a pillar of Cybermoi/s. By encouraging professionals to commit to concrete actions, this collaboration aims to strengthen collective resilience in the face of cyber threats, while integrating environmentally-friendly practices.
