Numeum at Web Summit 2024 in Lisbon: digital transformation must involve women
Numeum, the employers’ association and leading organization for digital professionals in France, is committed to ensuring that digital transformation engages women. At Web Summit 2024 in Lisbon, the organization is presenting its plan of attack with a #WomenInTechForFuture delegation. This is an initiative of NovaInTech, in association with the Paris Ile-de-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
No fewer than 26 female Tech entrepreneurs are representing France at Web Summit 2024. The NovaInTech by Numeum delegation underlines our determination to affirm that digital technology is revolutionizing everything, transforming our lives, our careers and our planet. A transformation that must involve women if it is to be truly equitable.
For the second year running, Numeum, the Paris Ile-de-France Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Femmes@numérique are promoting French female tech leaders at the Web Summit in Lisbon, Europe’s leading digital event.
Among the constructive exchanges, Numeum spoke with Dominique Restino, President of the CCI Paris IDF, to gain a better understanding of the role and actions of the CCI Paris IDF, our delegation’s partner. The delegation took part in the French Tech Lisbon evening, which brought together the French and Portuguese Tech ecosystems. The organization is also forging lasting ties with the French Embassy in Portugal, thanks to Ambassador Hélène Farnaud-Defromont.
