Save the date – “Women’s retraining: a response to the talent shortage: the case of the Grand Est”.
The Numeum team, in the presence of Maylis Staub, administrator and member of Numeum’s Comex, Thierry Vontflet and Catherine Philibert, regional delegates, are delighted to invite you to an event focusing on the reconversion of women in the region.
This afterwork will provide an opportunity to meet all the key players in the region’s digital ecosystem, and to network to promote gender diversity in our sector, as well as to learn about best practices in recruitment and retention from institutional players and companies in the sector.
On the program:
5:30 pm: start of the evening
- Speech by Maylis Staub, Director of Numeum, member of Comex
- Sylvie Dalguerre, Regional Councillor – Vice-Chairwoman of the Finance Committee
- Round-table discussion around ” with testimonials from local companies and women reconverted to tech. Moderated by Catherine Philibert, Numeum’s regional co-delegate.
- Speech by Thierry Vonfelt, Numeum’s regional representative in the region

This afterwork will be an opportunity to present the many initiatives undertaken by Numeum and the Region to promote employment and retraining, and to hear from companies who have taken the plunge!
