About us
The SEER (Service économique de l “état en région) within the DREETS Grand Est (Direction régionale de l” économie, de l’emploi, du travail et des solidarités): a decentralized department of the DGE under the authority of the regional prefect. With a staff of around ten, its mission is to drive and implement the State’s economic policy in the Grand Est region, focusing on three priority areas: developing strategic industries, supporting business innovation, and preserving and consolidating the economic fabric.
To this end, it works in close collaboration with the regional and metropolitan councils, is part of a network of regional partners (government operators, consular chambers, professional organizations) and relies on local relays.
