{JS} Taskforce Data Act – Analysis of EP amendments (IMCO)

Hello everyone,

Following previous working meetings, exchanges and inputs gathered over the last few months, Numeum has formulated amendments for the European Parliament (in order to meet the November 9 deadline for submitting amendments). Thank you very much for your input. These amendments have been forwarded to the members of the ITRE and IMCO committees.

The aim now is to prepare for discussions on the compromise amendments. We therefore propose two meetings to analyze the amendments of the ITRE, JURI and IMCO commissions.

The first meeting will focus on the ITRE and JURI amendments (topics covered: B2B, B2C and B2G data sharing). It will take place on Thursday December 1, from 2:00 to 3:00 pm.

The second session will focus on IMCO (cloud) amendments. It will take place on the same day from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
