{JS} Afterwork – Overview of women’s career transition in the digital sector

Événement Numeum

Numeum and Social Builder invite you to take a look at the career transition of women in the digital sector.

If digital is a sector that recruits (a lot) and lacks talent, it’s not always easy to explain why women account for only 28% of the total workforce, and 17% when it comes to technical positions.

Many companies and players in the digital sector are committed to making these professions more inclusive. They are implementing innovative HR practices and diversity policies, and working to attract more women to their professions. In this sense, retraining appears to be a major lever in the fight against the under-representation of women in tech.

Numeum and Social Builder take stock of women’s career transition in the digital sector and the practices of players committed to digital inclusion.

  • Vision of regional public-sector players and businesses
  • Networking cocktails with committed companies to discover them and share best practices.
