Career transition, training and employment at the heart of the third edition of Day-Click!
With strong growth and thousands of job opportunities, the digital sector is now one of the most dynamic and prosperous in France, a reality that Syntec Numérique is keen to share through its flagship event: Day-Click, to be held on Tuesday November 27.
Aimed at the general public, the day is designed to make the French aware of the many opportunities offered by the sector, notably with a giant job dating event featuring more than 20,000 CDD/CDI, internship and work-study offers to be filled on the spot. Professional retraining will also be at the heart of this year’s event, with a dedicated area offering support to companies and jobseekers.
A space for those wishing to train or retrain
It’s possible to train throughout one’s working life: that’s the message Day-Click wants to get across by opening its doors to all those wishing to change direction or looking for work. New for this third edition, the “professional reconversion” area will offer :
- A corner for jobseekers/workers: presentation of existing training and retraining schemes (Individual Operational Preparation for Employment, Collective Operational Preparation for Employment, etc.).
- A corner for companies: raising awareness of the fact that training is a powerful recruitment lever that should not be overlooked in a context of skills shortages.
Partners present included the French Ministry of Education, Higher Education, Research and Innovation, the French Ministry of Labor, Concepteurs d’Avenirs, Fafiec, Pôle Emploi, Apec and Paris Code.
Job dating to find a job and conferences on the major challenges of tomorrow
Companies and startups in the sector will be on hand throughout the day to welcome candidates wishing to apply* for their 20,000 or so job, internship or work-study vacancies!
Skills in demand include: web/mobile development, software development, digital marketing, business intelligence, big data, consulting…
A BtoB space to encourage exchanges between startups and companies
To encourage exchanges and sharing of experience between companies and startups registered in the Innovation Village, a meeting area will be dedicated to them at the show.
Hosted by leading figures in the digital world, conferences and round-table discussions will also punctuate the Day-Click throughout the day. Among the topics to be addressed: the health of tomorrow, training and professional retraining, Smart Cities, the professions of tomorrow and artificial intelligence, video games and blockchain.
