Summary of an exceptional evening to celebrate our 50th anniversary!
On Tuesday June 25, 2019, Syntec Numérique held its Ordinary General Meeting followed by an exceptional evening on the theme “what future for the future?” to mark its 50th anniversary, at the Hippodrome de Longchamp.
The Annual General Meeting kicked off the festivities!
Members were able to watch video footage of all the energetic actions carried out over the year: actions to promote attractiveness, dealings with public authorities and the production of numerous publications. Candidates for the position of director were given 2 minutes to present their projects.
9 directors have been elected to Syntec Numérique’s 3 colleges: ESN, software publishers and technology consultants. Congratulations to all those newly elected!

The theme of the evening is “What future for the future?
Godefroy de Bentzmann, President of Syntec Numérique, focused on the sector’s upcoming challenges: talent, lifelong learning, inclusion and climate commitment.
A rich program with :
- The results of the “raconte-moi le futur” survey presented by Guénaëlle Gault, Managing Director of ObSoCo.
- Key note by Luc Ferry, former Minister and philosopher
- Round table discussion with : Marion Darrieutort – CEO Elan Edelman, Jacques Ripoll – Managing Director of Crédit Agricole CIB and Philippe Darmayan – Chairman of ArcelorMittal
- Closing remarks by the French Secretary of State for the Digital Economy, Cédric O.
The program ended with a musical garden party in the Petit Près at the Hippodrome de Longchamp.
